I only use a healthy way of preparing good food, to keep healthy nutrients intact I avoid unhealthy fats, and do not deep fry. I use only healthy oils, whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat, low caloric foods. My desserts can be sugarless and glutton free. 

From homemade chicken dumpling soup, chilli, corn bread, cabbage rolls, perogies, hot beef, casseroles, stir fries, cabbage soup, assorted fresh muffins, waffles, breads, pies, cakes, cookies, to sugarless/gluten free desserts.

I do not use or add any artificial food enhancers or colors, no preservatives, or sweeteners. Some of my desserts may contain nuts! Please let me know if you have any allergies.
